The party of the first part hereby agrees that it will not, under any circumstances whatsoever,covenants that it shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be held liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with theits performance or non-performance of its obligations hereunder, except in cases whereunless such damages result from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the said party.
Anything can make a sentence read better. The work is knowing which words must not move — and a writing assistant that has never seen a limitation of liability clause has no way to know that the carve-out is the only part that matters.

On our own systems, your text exists only while the job is running and is removed when it finishes. We keep word counts and token counts for your workspace dashboard. We do not keep what you wrote.
